In Hawaii, SNAP benefits are deposited to your Kokua EBT Card (QUEST) on the 3rd or the 5th of the month (the 1st for SNAP + cash combination cases). Your deposit day is based on first letter of head of household's last name (combination cases with cash get 1st).
