New York EBT Deposit Dates 2026

In New York, SNAP benefits are deposited to your New York State Benefit Identification Card (BIC) between the 1st and the 9th of the month outside NYC, and over the first two weeks in New York City. Outside New York City, your deposit day is based on the last digit of your case number (first 9 days of the month). New York City uses a different system — see the note below.

New York SNAP deposit schedule

New York City households are paid over the first two weeks of the month based on the second-to-last digit of the case number (the “toe digit”), and the exact dates change every month. OTDA publishes the current NYC schedule at otda.ny.gov. The table above applies to counties outside NYC only.

Deposits arrive on the same calendar day every month, including weekends and holidays — EBT deposits are electronic and do not wait for business days.
